This is a portion of the opening ceremonies of the first Seventh-day Adventist Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) center on the continent of Africa. The Center is located on the campus of Babcock University Hospital. It is a joint effort of Kettering Medical Center, Adventist Chaplaincy Ministries-GC, the West Central Africa Division of the General Conference, the Unions (churches in Nigeria) and Babcock University and Hospital.
This historic event brings the availability of additional clinical training and experience to the medical missionary practitioners and equips them to better serve those whom they minister to on a daily basis.
