W. Feldbush, D.Min., BCC, ACM Director
Chaplain Feldbush became ACM Director July 1, 2004, after serving
as associate director since 1989. Prior to joining the General Conference,
he served as a church pastor, religion teacher and healthcare chaplain.
He earned the Doctor of Ministry degree from McCormick Theological
Seminary in Chicago; he is also a Board Certified Chaplain with
the Association of Professional Chaplains. His passion is for the
support and education of chaplains as instruments of healing in
the hands of God.

R. Councell, M.Div., M.A., Associate Director
Chaplain
Councell assumed duties as the Associate Director of ACM on December
1, 2005. During 32 years of active duty (and four years in the reserves)
as a US Army chaplain he maintained active involvement in the church,
completed a year of parish model Clinical Pastoral Education and
earned a masters degree in counseling. Chaplain Councell sees chaplains,
who share God’s love in circles often restricted to others,
as trusted and accountable stewards worthy of enabling support from
their church.

Jessica
Hartley Sorrow , Administrative Assistant
Jessica joined ACM as Senior Office Assistant in March, 2003 and
began serving as Administrative Assistant in August, 2004. She has
worked at the General Conference since 1995. Jessica handles many
duties, but also provides support for healthcare and correctional
chaplains and serves as a meeting planner for their annual conference.
She is also responsible for ACM's web site and database, and provides
management/editorial assistance support for The Adventist Chaplain
and For God and Country, among other duties.

Dina Muldoon,
Senior Office Assistant
 Dina
joined the ACM staff October 2006 as the Senior Office Assistant.
She provides support for the campus and military-related ministries
sponsored by ACM. She has been employed in the General Conference
in other departments since September, 1989. Dina is bi-lingual
(English and Spanish).
